1. Visit https://cpanel.<username>.tafewest.com where <username> is your tafewest username
2. Login using your tafewest username and password

Be careful not to enter your username/password incorrectly as too many attempts can lock you out for 24 hours. Copy and paste your password to be safe.

1. Now that you have verified your username and password work, open filezilla

4. In the ‘quick connect’ section enter the following details:

Host: ftp.<username>.tafewest.com

Username: <your username>

Password: <your password>

Port: 22

1. If all goes well, you will see that your right-hand pane shows the files on your server
